Cloud-Based Machinery Maintenance and Asset Management System
The platform is a cloud-based machinery, equipment, and maintenance management system designed primarily for industrial companies, as well as for any business operating important, high-value, or mission- critical machinery that requires regular monitoring and maintenance.
The The platform also includes technical personnel management functions. In particular, technicians or other authorized persons may be registered in the system, assigned specific maintenance, inspection, or repair tasks, and monitored with regard to the status and completion of such tasks. In addition, the platform includes maintenance scheduling and tracking features. The client may define timetables, recurring or ad hoc tasks, inspection dates, and maintenance calendars, allowing for structured oversight of required actions.
The platform further enables the recording and monitoring of maintenance history, frequency of breakdowns or interventions, and the related costs per machine, task, or category of activity. In this way, the business gains a clearer view of its operational needs, equipment condition, and related expenditure.
The platform is provided as an online/cloud service, accessible through authorized user accounts. The data entered into the system is maintained in a digital environment and supported by backup processes intended to support availability, continuity, and secure information management. It is clarified that the provider’s role is strictly limited to the provision of the software platform itself, its hosting, its general technical availability, and related technical support concerning the functioning of the platform.
The provider does not itself perform maintenance, inspection, repair, or operational management services in relation to the machinery, nor does it intervene in the client’s operational processes. All maintenance actions, assignments, completion confirmations, and related records are made by the client’s authorized users.
The platform does not itself perform physical maintenance work and does notindependently verify whether such actions were actually carried out or whether the information entered into the system is correct, complete, or accurate.
